FOR ORDERS ON THE INTERNET We accept the return of shoes that are unworn, in original packaging, original condition, and can therefore be resold. Upon meeting these conditions, we can proceed to an exchange or a refund. The return shipping is at the expense of the customer. The goods must be shipped for return within seven (7) days of the date on which they were delivered to you. It is necessary to request for a return authorization number by email at email@example.com, or by phone at (514)488.5580. The return authorization form must accompany the return.
Items can be returned to our store for refund as well.
Goods with manufacturing defects will be exchanged or refunded, as desired at our expense.
Please note that prior to shipment, all merchandise is thoroughly inspected for visible defects and correct sizing.
